What are my ordering options?
We have tried to make ordering as simple as possible, as well as to give you diverse options for ordering.  You may place an order by phone anytime during the week.  Here are the options for ordering:

By Internet -- You can order plans using our secure online shopping cart.  Just go to any plans page and look for these buttons which allow you to use the online shopping cart:

Ordering by internet can be done 24 hours a day.  Internet orders placed Monday thru Friday will be shipped the same day or the next day.  Orders placed late on Friday or on a weekend will be shipped the following Monday.  95% of U.S. orders arrive in 3 to 5 business days.  If your U.S. order does not arrive in 7 days, please call us!
 

By U.S. Mail -- We process mail orders daily.  Click here for a Printable Mail-In Orderform.  Orders sent by mail usually arrive on your doorstep within 7 to 9 days -- so, it's really pretty quick to order by mail.
 

By Telephone --  Our toll free "800" customer service line is open Monday thru Friday from 9am to 5pm, Eastern Standard Time.  We can also take orders and answer questions:  1.800.296.6256.

By Fax -- Print a Fax Orderform, then fax to us at 1.937.224.8054 twenty-four hours a day.
